Cancellation Policy

**PHOTOSHOOTS** Payment for photoshoots are due no later than at the time photoshoot. All photoshoot sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any photoshoot that has already occurred. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your photoshoot, please contact kmphotography205@gmail.com. All photoshoots can be rescheduled, providing notice is received more than 7 days before the photoshoot. If notice is received less than 7 days before the photoshoot, the cancellation fee must be paid before the photoshoot will be rescheduled. **CANCELLATION** A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged for ANY photoshoot cancelled within 72 hours of the date set. A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged for ANY photoshoot cancelled within 1 week of the date set up to the 72 hour mark listed above in which the fee will be increased to $30.
